2007 gt price reductions...
If you live in the DC Metro Area (Northern Va, DC, Maryland) there's a dealership selling 2007 GT's for $8,000 off MSRP. I traded in my 2006 GT coupe for a 2007 GT convertible and got it for $6,000 off MSRP July 4th weekend. PM me if you're interested. Yes, I get a referral fee from teh dealership.

I was at the dealer this morning discussing their deals on GTs. They offered me some good deals. I can afford what I was offered, butI have no credit and need a co-signer. Even if I just take out a car loan I still need a co-signer and unfortunately I couldn't get anyone to help me with that. =(

if they appraise your car more that you owe, you have positive equity and can use that inaddition to the$8kK off the MSRP. if you owe more than their trade offer, the $8K off MSRP reduces.

or a person could sell their current Mustang to a 3rd party for Blue Book Retail Value, and put any extra (that price minus amount owed) as a down payment on the GT. I looked at a few 07 GT's, and the add'l 2 cylinders were NOT worth taking out a $8K loan - at least for me.

mdg, what was the msrp of the vert you purchased? because if what you say is true, it would be CHEAPER to buy a gt from these guys, even having to do it out of state, than to buy a v6 right here in town.....

The MSRP on the 2007 GT Premium Convertible was $34,500.00. They reduced the cost to $28,500.00. They gave me $22,000 for my 2006 GT Coupe (18,500 miles). I only owed $17,000 on the car. Out the door cost for me was $24,700.
