Can you tell me Step by Step instructions on the install?

And what (black textured) paint should I use to match the rocker panels?

I used duplicolor black bumper paint. First I sanded it down and then I put 4 coats of the paint on. Then I had to take the little rubber thing off the bottom of the bumper. Dont know what it was or what it did. Then I lined up the spoiler so it looked right and used two c clamps to hold it on. Then I drilled through the holes in the spoiler into the bumper. I then put the bolts through and screwed on the nuts. You'll love it when your all done. Really easy to do.
