I haven't done the pulley so I don't know I hear it's not a big deal.
The Gears and T-loc on the other hand I've had done to my car and from what I am told it is a difficult job you need a GOOD gear guy to do it.

Installing gears isnt that HARD, but it takes ALOT of experience to get one RIGHT. I doubt you have the tools neccessary unless you are a mechanic by trade. You will need a rear-end spreader, dial indicator, offset wrenches and a mic. Anyone can INSTALL gears but it takes experience to prevent whine and roll-off. Pinion depth is probably the most important as you have to shim to get the pre load right on your bearings. Always install new bearings and cruch collars. The most lash you should have is .010". So I highly suggest hiring a professional to do it. And if you live near Kentucky I would be happy to do it and can beat most rates.
