running rich? check engine??
I posted this on the main forum too:
After a fill up today my check engine came on so I used my STC tuner to diagnose it and I got this message “PO 175 SYS TOO RICH 2 “
I was running a 93 tune (for over a year now) so I “returned to stock” and ran the 93 tune again and the -check engine- disappeared and I ran the error check and nothing came upafter that...Should I be concerned???

RE: running rich? check engine??
I am going to guess that your intake has not been cleaned in a very long time? You were probably not getting the problem with the stock tune/intake because the stock intake was still clean. Check that out, it is not very likely that a problem with the tune would just pop up a year after putting it on. Usually tune problems come up within a very short period of time.

chrisc brings up a good point. IF your filter is too dirty, its possible that your not getting enough air into your engine to accomodate for the amount of fuel dispersed from your tune. OR, it could just be something else[>:]

I do clean it every 4000 miles or so, and I did clean it after that incident too, it didint look to dirty, but my C&L pipe does have some 'dark -burned- spots' on it
