Default Questions about shaker system

Hey everybody! About a month ago i bought a 07 torched red pony. I been looking to see what i want to mod first and i really like the cervinis package with the shaker system. Is it worth it? Or should i look for an aggressive hood and put a super chip with an intake? I haven't seen that many post about the shaker, What do you Sixers think. Thanks

If it were me, I would spend my money on a intake/tune combo. Then move onto T-lok or an 8.8. That right there would get the car were it would be better suited stock.

Check out the CDC shaker, it is a much cleaner setup than Cervinis's. As for whether or not to get the tuner/cai, it depends on what you are looking for. If you want looks, get the shaker. It looks cool, but it doesnt give any power gains. If you want some better power, get the CAI and tuner (I recommend VMP's package). If you can slide the cash to do both, that is pretty sweet. From your original post, it sounded like you dont think that they are compatible with each other, but with some really minor modification to the heatsheild of the intake, it is done very easily.
