Default Cost to install Pypes system?

Was just wondering what forum members have paid to have the Pypes Exhaust System installed with GT takeoffs. Would the cost vary by area of the country. I am in Western Kentucky. So, what I'm asking is where do you live and what did you pay to have the Pypes installed.

Mine was $200. I would say expect to shell out anywhere from $80-$200. Yes, I think I paid too much but they are clients of mine and they did do a fine job.

Figure on 2 hours of labor. The kit is pretty straight-forward.

Whatever your shop of choice charges by the hr x 2.

If you do the bumper yourself it will save time & $$$.

Hey dylan fan, I am in eastern Kentucky! My labor rates are $50/hr basic installs, $65/hr diagnostic, and $85/hr on custom fab. My shops rates are $10/hr cheaper across the board than my competitors. I really doubt labor rates would be all that much different here in the eastern part of the state than in western. Hope this helps!

Thanks for all the replys. I was thinking/hoping it would be somewhere around$100 to $150. Guess it won't break me if it does go as high as $200. My wife has a small office coffee business and sells to a local muffler shop. He installed my Flomaster the day I picked up my car from the dealer and he only charged me $20. Maybe I should go back to him and he does great work.

Finding someone you know (and trust) to do it is probably your best option. I've been trying to get in touch with old friends that work on cars recently. Never hurts to know as many people as you can in the field.

I'd do it myself. It's really not that difficult.

I'm actually getting ready to do that install soon except with different axelbacks.
