i put bbk intake on, and now my engine light is on, i had the code pulled and it said i was taking in to much air, which makes sense with the intake, but i do i get the light off?

don't drive it if it is running lean, take teh CAI off. a lean condition is really bad for your engine.

ya its 171 and 174, i really dont want to take it off, i have a superchip tuner, but pretty sure i can't fix it with that, how much is a custom tune.

Wait, did you take off the negative battery terminal for a few min. and let the computer reset? If not then do it....NOW! lol

Make sure everything is connected and seated properly. A vacuum leak after the sensor will give you those codes.

My CEL light is on in my car, If I get a tuner and take it off will it now pass inspection? or do I have to take theCAIoff and return to stock?

if you take the light off, the computer will be in "not ready" mode until the car has gone through a certain number of cycles. If there is a real problem the code will come back. So basically while the car has been reset into "not ready" mode you can't get it emissions tested, because they can tell that it has been reset. This is to prevent people from doing what you are talking about, getting passed on emissions. Now if you live in a state where they don't hook up to your computer during an emissions test, but jsut do a visual inspection then you should be fine, otherwise you will need to address the problem before you try and pass emissions.
