Default Customer service at VMP

In a day and age where most people only complain about customer service, I would like to take the time and rave about Justin at VMP. This is a long story so I'll try and condense. While on vacation I lost my car keys in a 90ft deep lake (please don't ask). While my wife and I are alive, we had to have my car towed to a dealer to have it reprogrammed and new keys made. I lost my tune and read enough to know not to try and retune it until I emailed Justin. He said definately DO NOT retune because it could lock my car. So I sent back my Xcal2 to him with proof of rekeying from the ford dealership. Instead of going through the process of sending out my Xcal to SCT and waiting on them, he sent me a new one retuned plus my CAI (which I had ordered at the same time). The whole process took days instead of weeks. He answered every email (and believe me, there was alot of them) within no time and answered everything thoroughly and gladly. He is a great guy and very knowledgeable. There is no way you can go wrong with him and his business. And , oh by the way, the tune and CAI are awesome. Huge improvement!!! He's a great sponsor and awesome guy. Just wanted to let everyone know. Thanks again Justin.

Nice to hear good things about a vendor. Shows the pride he takes in his business.

I was a good experience doing business with Justin, his turnaround time was quick, and his emails were quick. Would do business again with VMP.

I absolutely agree. Although I haven't bought anything from him for my 07, I bought a tuner with 3 tunes from him for my 02 and his customer service, and tunes was exceptional. I highly recommend him as well.
