are you keeping the sixer and buying a sgt? but you would be suprised on what you could do with 200rwhp. if you just do alot of suspension you can make the car run low 14's. i think boss244 onl;y has around 200 rwhp and is running a 14.1! he has alot of suspension and stuff like that done tho. I would definatly think about upgrading your CAI tho, with my MRT and tune i made 185. with my new TI im making 195rwhp and 220 rwtq
Can you post your dyno chart? That's pretty impressive. That makes the numbers I was thinking WAY lower than reality. haha

Is your V6 a convertible, maybe? Maybe it's paid off? Otherwise, I can't see the point in owning two coupes. It's pretty much the same car, one is just slower and more plentiful than the other.

A Shelby GT could be driven everyday. I think you'll find that gas mileage between the V6 and V8 isn't a lot different.

I read they are only producing 2300 Shelby GT to insure exclustivity to collectors. I would definately not have one as a daily driver. How long have you been on the waiting list Dennis074.0?

It's about a 3mpg difference which would equate to the average driver around a $250-$350 difference in gas spenditures a year. Just to give you an idea of what your saying.

I'm not going to use the SGT as my daily driver....Iwould bedriving it about 60 miles round trip to and from work, going through some of the worst parts of brooklyn. I find that highly undesireable.

I'm not on a waiting list, the dealer I'm buying it from has alot of specialty cars on his lot and I he said he will be getting a couple 08 shelby GT's in early 08. Once he gets them, I'm going to buy one.

I'm getting a brand new 08' for 29k and I'm putting 10-12k down on it.

If I had a bit more money I would buy a parnelli jones mustang, that car is amazing.

cool.....at my local lot, one was going for 30k and the other was 31k......they just added a few minor dealer options which was the reason for the price diff. what do you think your payments will be after your downpayment? i'm starting to think crazy and might ponder the SGT idea myself.....[8D].
