drift setup
i been to the long beach grand prix the last two years and have to say without a doubt, drifting is the BIGGEST crowd pleaser. hella fun to watch the pros do it. was kinda like watching an action car scene from a movie but in person and with a dozen different cars. pretty freakin awesome. as for the newbs doing it.....i wouldnt know what to expect but good luck with it. from the info i gathered at the grand prix, keeping your car low to the ground, lightweight, and stiff is the key......oh yeah, and lots of money for parts!
....good luck. be safe.

wow didnt know it was going to be this much work and money. better wait till summerto get 2 jobs if this is going to happen..., maybe i should save for a 240sx since things are going to break alot and my mustang is my daily driver
I thought that i heard you say in a previous post that your car was an auto. If so, you should really focus on getting a manual tranny swapped in as the extra control will help a ton with drifting. You could always just pop it into 2nd or 3rd on the auto, and that might do the trick half the time.
def. just save up for a 240sx. you can find those things ready to go to the drift track for around 4k so ill just save probly wont get there till im 20 and when i have the money ill be tempted into a foxbody aww decisions decisions i need to win the lotto
