Default Shift kit?

Is there any shift kits availble for the 05+ v6 yet? Cause i cant find any![:@]

why do u need one? just get a good tune and some gears, i dont think the 4.0 comes with a lot torque management but i might be wrong

As far as i know you can tune the shift points in the tune and you don't have to install a shift kit like you use to have to do in the old day's.

The automatic transmission is computer controlled. A tune from any good tunner(vmp,bama,ect)will work wonders. It will eliminate that dangerous down shift lag and firm up the shifts. The extrahorse powerand response are nice too. MPG will increase with a mileage tune. I have a tune from vmptuning and the car drives like a different vehicle. Well worth the money!

Yeah i wouldnt want to get in there and mess with the valve body unless I was going with a transbrake. With a tuner the computer will adjust the oil pressure so you will achieve the harder shifts and also will hold the clutches and plates tighter allowing less slipage and actually extending the life of your tranny IF you drive sensibly.
