what a rip-off. keep searching....as for the headers, JBA shorties w/ ceramic coating. those are the "can't lose" choice around these forums.

I could have sworn I keep seeing posts stating that there are no gains with headers....or that any gain isnt worth the money. Let me know if I'm wrong.

yes, it has been stated. aside from the numbers however, most people that have actually had them installed have had nothing but compliments with no regrets for purchasing them. most comments are related to sound and the feeling of "less stress" on the motor when building up speed. this is just from what i have read so far. seems like a mod for those who have some extra loose cash to spend.

Here's my two header cents. Yes, the JBA ceramic shorties are class. You can install these yourself with moderate effort. See photo below of them on my car. Also, you may wish to consider the now available "long tube headers" from Stainless Worls. Also a class act. A little bit more involved with the install though. See photo of long tubes below. The JBAs will run you about $400 to $500for a set while the Stainless Works long tubes are gonna run around $690. Either install will net you at least 500 additionalhorsepower. Take care, Jack.

Daaam!! He forgot to mention if the 500HP gain was from the right side header or the left.
