with the ph turbo system would i be good running 91 for fuel

+1...How the car is timed depends on what grade fuel to run. You would wantto usethehighest octane availablewith boost because of all the cylinder pressure anyway.

i ran 91 octane on my old 9psi tune, ran fine. made 371/402
