How much more horsepower and torque does a shelby paxton supercharger give and is it better then the x-charger.

It is the same thing as the Vortech, you can expect about 310rwhp/300rwtq with it and a custom tune on a DynoJet with an auto, and about 320/320 with a manual. Check around for X numbers, but you should expect about 40-50 more rwhp than with the Hi-Po X.
