If you want dark, get dark. Don't buy what you don't want. You'll regret it as long as you have the car.

howarmat i think the tan sets your car apart from every other black mustang. I myself have a black 06 and but it has grey interior. I love the tan in yours.

You say you are looking to buy....keep looking for one with the combo you want! I wouldn't settle for something I have to pay for if I didn't like it.

i was originally looking for a dark interior as well and found a car with red leather and fell in love with it. im constantly getting compliments on the red and feel that it really seperates my stang from other ones on the road

i have the chamois leather with a black dashboard (it looks much better than the silver). it makes it look so much more exotic, like i'm driving a ferarri. dark interior is all too common IMO, not just in mustangs.

black dash probably does look best with the tan leather. i have all dark interior with silver dash and love it. i plan on dressing up the interior with some brushed aluminum trimmings and what not after i "feel" done with performance mods [8D].

I would say that if you can wait, don't buy off the lot as these are "floor plan" cars that the dealer feels that he can move. I went to the dealer and built mine the way I wanted and it is great.
