I was just trying to make a point that just because you have 20's doesn't mean you can't compensate for it by adding more power to move them.. Would I be faster without them? Sure. Am I faster than most cars out there, even with them? Sure again.

But aside from that, about your track question.. I'm HOPING to hit the track at least once this season, but is gonna be difficult. It depends on how loose the guys are at tech that day. Convertibles are required to have cages if they are better than 13.49. Since I think I could beat that with a 2.2 60'

But if I do get out there by some grace of god, I'll be sure to post numbers. Don't expect them to be all that great since I'm not a seasoned drag racer, and likely won't be able to become one in this car, but I'll post em anyway.

I see your dilemma. You got a bad *** street car. That's a real tough choice there to add a roll cage. Some tracks are bad like that i hear. I was reading some of the restrictions some tracks have and it's a little insane. I can understand helmets and pants anda t-shirt. But roll cages on street cars? I also hear some tracks won'tlet you run w/o mufflers. WTF? Don't straight pipes give you better ET's and hardcoredragsters love straight pipes.Ruining a perfectly nice convertible just for a couple track runs [:@]. You think they'd let you run with a roll bar? They are pretty cheap compared to cages and might be able to let you run the track with that? Or just search for other tracks. Either way I'dsay your car is easily in the high 12's no question, probably low 12's.
