Must not be one...
I don't get why ppl buy nice cars to just let them sit. I see why they aren't driven in the rain/snow, I had a cobra and it never saw rain/snow. But to let it sit for a year and only have 500 miles on it? Why brag about that? To each his own but you honestly dont know what your missing.

I don't understand car enthusiasts that don't want to drive the car.

If I was going to buy a car that I would basically never drive, I wouldn't be buying it. But, it is your car, enjoy what you do with it I guess.

Thanks for all the replies!
I did put 40,000 miles on my '88 GT in the 2 years that I owned it (1988 to 1990), so I know how much fun a car with this power level can be.
The 2007 PP, well it's a long term keeper. No rush to pile on the miles. I hope to have it when I'm 70.
When the 2009 / 2010 Mustang comes out, it will be the tell all if our S197's are/were a true classic in their own time.
I'm betting the changes will be in a new direction and that I'll be very happy that I kept mine as stock and as low mileage as possible.

lol I had 4800 miles on my car (05 mazda6) before I traded it in for the mustang, had it for 2 years and it was my daily driver. hated it, I made other people drive me around every chance I could get, even if it meant paying for their lunches.
