RE: MRT Aero Turbine or Borla PN 11751 exhaust
i have the MRT aero turbine, i love it. Many people say that is a little higher pitch exhaust and it is. it is not like a civic with a fart cannon but it is not as deep as say a true muscle car. The borla is probably as deep and as loud as you can get. i would love to try the borla on my car. But i am extremely happy with the mrt.
here is a video link to my car and exhaust:

It basically comes down to this: Do you want a very loud, attention-grabbing exhaust with a nice rumble in the lower RPMs, but a higher note in the higher RPMS that really screams at WOT or a quieter exhaust with a deep rumble in both the lower and higher RPMs, but has more of a "muscle" sound to it. If you want the former, go with the MRT AeroTurbine. If you want the latter, then the Borla is for you.
Here's a link to a thread I posted last week with some videos of my MRT AeroTurbine. I filmed them all on the same day last week after having the exhaust on the car for nine months:

Here's a video from YouTube of the single Borla. Keep in mind that this car has a CAI, so it might sound a bit different than a stock car with just the exhaust.

Either choice you make is a good one. I've been happy with my MRT and am planning to dual up with it before long. Even if you upgrade your exhaust, you'll probably still want to go duals at some point. I didn't think I would, but I do now.

ive had both, and didnt really care for either. When I first go the I waslike "wow"!. But the wow factor quickly wore off. Like most have said. It sounds beautiful at start up.....and in the lower rpm's. But in the higher RPM's I couldnt stand it. It was too highpitched and and the drone was just as bad ESPECIALLY on long trips. The single borla was fine....I bought the system for the GT but only ran the singlemuffler a few weeks before I went duals. It hada littledrone and was an okay sounding muffler.

Well I loved my MRT The drone didn't bother me at all since I grew up around loud cars. If it does bug you, you can always tone it down by getting a resonator or line the floor with dynamat. The resonator would be cheaper and less time consuming for you though. It quiets it down just a bit (but enough).

So I emailed Borla asking for the Stingers on a V6 dual set-up....they told me "no" because they don't get enough requests for such. I am sure the set-up they have is by far the sickest as well it should be at $1200 but how much better would it be with the stingers???? Bad ***!!!!!!

Before I had my corsas...........I had an H pipe with dual FRPP stingers and honestly it was pretty bad a$$. I personally think its the best sound out there......but theres drone....a little less than the American thunder flowmasters but still enough to make me wanna change. If I wouldnt have found a good deal on my corsas.....then I definetly would have kept the stingers. If you dont mind drone then go with stingers. I bought a GT hipe pipe(and over the axle pipes...you can find them pretty cheap)and cut it at after the cats and cut my Y pipe and welded up the H and put the midpipes on...it wasnt that hard at all. I know I have a clip from when I had my stingers on......I jsut need to look for it.

i've had the MRT for about 20k miles....Borla is what I would go with..it's a little ricey sounding..the MRT that is. Then again, it's a 6-cylinder, fires differently than a v8 so you're gonna get that
