Default Bogging out?

I was checking my plugs after 40,000 clicks and after I put everything back together it started using an extreme amount of gas (as in I can see the fuel guage moving by the minute almost) and bogs in 1st gear at about 1900-2000 revs. It will rev to that point then seem like it runs out of fuel for a second then goes again till it finally hits 2nd gear and everything is smooth.

My only ideas are a cylinder isnt firing, running really rich or maybee a tq converter problem.

Any possible solutions or is this a dealership one?

I triple checked that.

If a plug isnt firing, say one of the plug wires isnt on there all the way (this is a pretty bad engine spark plug placement/plug wire design wise) how would I tell? Check engine light? I might start it with the cylinder I suspect nplugged to see if it makes it worse\ or the same.

I also only bogs out once in a while, it seems when its at full running temperature moreso (like stopping at an intersection after highway travel).

I dont wanna pay the dealership 105 bucks just to tell me "we couldnt replicate it"

Make sure you have the wires going to the right plugs. Remove and re-install. Did you mess with the gap on the plugs?

They are all in the right order, I tagged the wires with masking tape + sharpie.

I didnt replace them, the plugs were still in great condition.
