^^ if you dont take care of them yeah. like if you leave salt on them all winter. but pretty much all types of metals tend to do that... they clean well with CLR if you get rust on them. but any muff/pipe will rust if you dont take care of them.

so would you rather suggest the pypes dual or the mrt single if you want the car to sound loud?

no rust on mine... here's a pic and i'll see if i can post up a sound clip...


i painted the body of the muffs black cause i never did like all that silver down there.. i left the tips alone as you can see...

slow rev to 3k then backing off, quick rev at the end to 3K

nice sounding exhuast there. I'm pretty set on getting the pypes X setup when the warrantee goes out, but still undecided if i wanna get the pypes mufflers or just use the gt takeoffs that i already have

pypes will be more agressive. falt out. the takeoff are the most docile muffs you can get (besides a single V6 stocker)
