Default Door Panels - Leather Inserts

I had the inserts in my factory leather seats relaced with the "King Ranch" leather; the shop that did the seats said that they could not put the leather on the door panels (similar to what is on the California Special). Does anyone know if there is anyway to do this?

Looks nice, how much did it run you to do that?

I don't even know where to begin to start looking for a place that can do that kind of stuff...

Any suggestions maybe? It looks really good.

Hmm...

How did you run across them? By word of mouth? I'm comteplating rather to do this to mine or not. I don't want to just take it to some random place. I don't know where to begin to start looking for places around GA.

Do a search on the forum. I know I've seen someone who did the inserts themselves, he even had it on his own website with lots of other installs. He also did the piping around the edges, it was a convertible, he did leather inserts and piping on the rear armrests. I think it was just cutting leather to fit and using adhesive spray to stick it on there. I'll see if I can find it....
