I agree with the above poster, I personally don't like the matt black on black look. It looks odd and faded in my opinion.

Are you getting vinyl or having them painted on? Painted stripes would last longer. I have read where some owners that have had vinyl stripes installed, had a clear coat sprayed over it.
The problem with silver is it has a tendency to fade faster than say white or black. I think it has something to do with the metallic particals.

I'm waiting on a photoshopper to do matte black on my mustang. I have a post on it in the Chop Shop. That will probably really help make my decision.

I say matte black looks awesome even though may not stick out I still like them the best on black stangs

If your rims were black, matte black stripes would look mean. Because they are chrome, silver would look better.
