Frpp rattle
Hey guys I just installed my FRPP duals yesterday and its rattling against the the cutout covers. Did you guys have problems with this? and How did you fix it without showing any holes or cuts in the bumper?

LOL, a poignant response.
+1 though. Are your mufflers sitting really close to the top-edge of the cutouts when everything is off? (Like, really close, almost touching).
Check the bolts on the muffler brackets to see if the brackets are sitting tightly in place.
Check the point where the muffler connects to the over-axle pipe to make sure it's very tight there.
Perhaps re-adjust the covers? I didn't use them so I'm not really sure how they sit, but maybe see if there's some room to move them up a little bit and away from the mufflers.
If everything is tight and fitting like it should, you might just have to bend the mufflers downward a bit so they have some more clearance when they jiggle around.

Make sure the rattle is coming from the cutouts and not just loose hanger bolts. Loose hanger bolts are the most common cause of exhaust rattle if everything else appears to be lined up properly.

RE: Frpp rattle
This is what I did when my muffler tips hit the cutouts. Make sure every clampis tight. I put my foot on the tips and pushed down. Don't go crazy, just a nice push. The brackets bend easily. Adjusted very nicely. No more rattle. Sometimes simple is better.
