i found a 06 gt500 clone online for only 10995... could that possibly be right? it looks great and has 11000 miles. 4.6L with vortech pushing 440rwhp... silver convert with gray leather.. 5spd manual. any thoughts?

You've gotta be careful with that stuff, especially on craigslist. My girlfriend was interested in a car and e-mailed the seller. The seller then told her that the car was actually in Utah and that he would be able to ship it for free. Knowing that it was probably a scam, she asked for a VIN number so she could run a check on it and never heard back from them.

I know it's a clone and all and there's nothing wrong with calling the guy and asking, but anything under ~$17-18 is really suspicious.

 

Anything under 23-25k for a used GT is suspicious.
