Default Window trouble

I know this has probably already been discussed, but the search isn't working so I will go ahead and ask.

Yesterday I went to start my car for the first time in a few weeks (been carpooling), and the battery was dead. Well after I recharged the battery and started the car, all of a sudden the windows won't go back up after you close the door. This happen to many of you?

They need to be recalibrated. The manual tells you how to do it, I can't remember off hand.
