I have duals sitting under the bumper now and i want to know if i can cut out a second hole on the left for the other tip?

Be aware the FRPP cutout template is for the kit with a substantial shield that is screwed to the bumper cover, and will make a hole pretty much too large for an ordinary tip, even a four-incher, if the shields are not present.

I understand Pypes has a plain-jane template on their site.

Easy way is to make a template from the right side and reverse it for a pattern for cutting the left side.

The cover is pretty soft, some have cut it with a box-cutter, some with a Dremel.

I cut mine using a box cutter, sandpaper and the pypes template. Real easy task. Here is a pic of the completed cut. Now, I did get a set of FRPP dual cutouts from a member here, and if you use the FRPP template the cut is much bigger to account for the cutouts that bolt on to the bumper. If you are not planning on using the FRPP cutouts, use the pypes template. Good Luck!

A wine bottle wrapped in sandpaper is nice to
finish sanding the radius to near perfect round.

The Pypes one looked a little too wide, I asked the person installing mine if he could do it and it said it was no sweat...Maybe you could ask a bodyshop to do it for you.

if the badyshop will do it free, that would be cool, but it is a fairly easy mod to do on your own.

It works....cut it out and flip it around and compare it against the stock cut-out.

Mine was cut with that template.

Make sure that when you print the template that your printer isn't set to "make it fit" and that it prints full size. If you don't, your template will be off.

It is very easy to do. I used a box cutter and then sandpaper around the wine bottle to smooth it out.
