Default rough ride

hey guys...
i love my car just like any other stanger'....
but what a rough ride....after driving for over an hour i feel the lower portion of my back in pain...
and i drive other cars and that never happens....
i think my suspension is extremely rough...i dont know maybe someone can tell me how to improve my ride without destroying my performance...
springs?
also after a pot hole my stearing wheel jolts to the left...
anyways please be specific...dont just say suspension...please point me in a good direction!
and also let me know if i could do it myself (dont have any honest mechanics in my area)
thanks in advance!!!!!!

Well you aren't lowered, so its hard to imagine that your ride is so harsh, but if you want to improve it, go with adj shocks, like the Tokicos or Konis.

Sounds like bump steer.
But the stock suspension does not encounter bump steer.
Check air pressures first, then have the front end checked out by a mechanic.

i have a funny like vibrating effect when i excelerate or go above 80 mph and i think it's my POS stock drive shaft (05 v6's are notorious for having problems with them)

see when I go 100+ and then let off that is when I get the vibrations...pretty sure it's my driveshaft

Its not the DS thats a POS.
Its the inferior C Clip design holding it on.
Just to get the record straight.
The driveshaft wont cause any vibrations
unlees your pinion angle is wrong.
When the C Clips give way and all h#ll breaks
loose,THATis when the DS BECOMES a POS.
