yeah theres a thing called a pie adapter but its around 60-100 bucks. depending on your budget/time you want to spend, you might be better off buying a ipod enabled headunit for like 200.. its up to you.

I don't know of any ways to control your iPod through the headunit, but if you just want to listen to it in your car then...In the center console there's an AUX plug. Just get a double sided maleheadphone plug.

I have the same system... yours has the Mp3,6-CD changer, right?
I have a peripheral electronics set up in my car... was able to install it myself. Supposedly, you can control your iPod through the deck, but I don't know anything about that. There are instructions on how to set it up, but I just wanted it to be hooked up. Mainly because I have a lot of songs on my iPod and I doubt that you could control it properly through the deck.

05's don't have the luxury of the aux jack.
You can get a Belkin FM transmitter (or similiar brand), just plug the transmitter into the iPod and tune to a blank channel on the FM. I got the transmitter and plug so it charges the iPod via the power plug in the center console. Picked it up at a outlet store for $2. (check ebay) I thinkI read on the board too somewhere months ago, that there is a slot in the back of the head unit for wiring the iPod directly, but you have to take out the center console, 1/2 the dash, etc... to get to it.
