Default Manuel tranny guys

Does anyone else have a pulsing sensation coming from the clutch when your holding it down like at a stoplight? It's almost like you can feel each cylinder fire on your foot. Very freaky. Anyone?

Give me a break. I'm on some pretty strong drugs for a kidney stone that won't pass! I meant to add this is only on my '08 V6.

Never had that, but your car is new and mine has 39K on it to, My clutch is starting to go also, I dont think Ford designed them to well, I know how to drive a stick and I have only had to the track twice with three runs each time, but It was going when I got the car so I guess I am lucky it lasted this long since I have put 18K on it in this year, that just makes me wanna cry

Bad clutch slave will definately give pulse feedback. Throwout would make noises and give that sort of grind feeling...but not pulse.

I dont have the pulsing but i can definitely hear the gears spinning kinda loud when im in neutral, is that normal? It goes away when i push the clutch in so im assuming its how its supposed to be. Sorry for the stupid question, its my first manual car.

slave cylinder/release bearing is the same unit on this car.

I know what your talking about. you jut start to apply preasure to the clutch and you feel a rythmic slight vibration in your foot. mine does it and it only has 26k on it. i think it's fine. I'm kinda paranoid about my car so i also notice every little thing and it drives me crazy.

That's exactly what I'm talking about. My '01 GT is a manuel and it has 85,000 miles on it and never felt anything like this. My '08 only has 6,000 miles. I don't think it did it in the beginning. Just recently started. It's a lot more noticable with flip flops on too. It doesn't make any noises or affect the way it operates but it is annoying.
