Default elec supercharger

I got a CAI , a Jet Chip Power module and dual exhaust installed already. Just wondering if this thing will add any significant power???

The theory behind it is good but as someone else said they don't put out enough CFM to make any difference. If you could get one to spin at 25,000 rpm or higher it might work.

I was wondering who actually bought those JET power chips.

At full throttle, the e-RAM automatically activates to produce 1 psi additional air-pressure to the engine intake. This additional air-pressure results in greater air density reaching the engine. The mild level of boost from the e-RAM is measured by the engine management sensors, and the car's computer (ECU) increases the delivery of fuel to keep the air-fuel ratio at optimum levels.

Hmmm, it only works at full throttle.
A whopping 1 PSI of boost for $329.

yeah I know, it seems high for what you get.. you can get it on line cheaper than
$329...i'm still wondering if it will increase performance with the other mods I got on my car...and yes the Jet Chip module works....best mod yet...

now about that video, it did not show what kind of elec supercharger was installed.. so nothing has been proven yet....

anybody else that has had experience with the 1 psi E-Ram supercharger?

Air pressure does NOT work with a rotary fan, you need to use a PUMP. This is a basic principle of engineering. All charging methods use a PUMP or pump-like (in the case of turbos) system. With a fan any addition pressure just bounces back into the fan blades creating inefficiency.

Either way this is a joke, that device will suck so much power from the alternator, and be so inefficient because it's a FAN and not a PUMP (10:1 ratio) that it will just lose hp not gain it by stressing the alternator. Also Jet chips are a joke and don't work.

Haha...there was a 350Z on a recent episode of Pass Times. The car looked pretty good when he rolled up, I'd have called it "Tasteful rice." I was thinking he was going to be spraying, or had a turbo or something neat.

He starts rattling off info about the car and throws in, as his biggest mod, that he had an electric supercharger that put the car at over 300 hp.

Any guesses as to his time?

Mid 15's.
