Blown Speaker at 25k miles, huh?!?
Stocks speakers are the weakest part of the stereo system. You can considerably upgrade the sound of you system with a very little investment into new speakers. Replaced all 4 6" x 8" in my car with Kenwood's that I picked up on ebay for $90 total for both pairs. Huge improvement in sound.
The factory uses a coax 6x8 in the door but a single cone 6x8 in back deck. You won't believe how cheap they are when you remove them.

Check out some local audio shops. They will let you hear the difference and steer you in the right direction. Plus, don't waste your $ on the factory shaker. It's OK, but there are a lot of after market head units that are waaaay better and will deliver a much better sound. Again, check out your local shops or go to Crutchfield.com. They have specialist there that will help you.
It isn't a blown speaker if it buzzes on some songs and not on others. It is most likely something loose in the door panel.
Shelby has a Kicker audio system for sale on their site. Here are the links...
If you have a Shaker 500 - Click Here
If you have a non-shaker - Click Here
A little pricey on the non-shaker setup, but that is speakers, subs, amp and all kicker and factory looking so should be a nice setup. The Kicker replacements for the Shaker 500 are a great price.
