Default Blown Speaker at 25k miles, huh?!?

Hello everyone!! I just bought a 2007 V6 Mustang, 25k miles, with just the most basic package (no extras, etc.) about 1.5 months ago--- I LOVE IT!

I do need help though. For some reason the driver side speaker in the door rattles on some songs, and other songs it doesnt (ie: some songs with little bass it will rattle, other songs with a lot of bass it will still rattle---BUT it depends on the song, some songs with a lot of bass it wont rattle at all)

What could this be? Its not the songs, and I dont blast my music loud, and it seems to have just started happening about a week ago, but like I said, only on certain songs. Could it be that something came loose and the speaker is hitting my door ever so slightly? If worse comes to worse and I have to get a new speaker it wont be covered by factory warranty will it??

Also, if in the future I wanted to upgrade just my door panels to the ones same as the shaker 1000 system has, would that be possible??

And lastly does anyone know if I installed a push button start (as seen here: http://www.mustangevolution.com/forum/t24418/ ) would it void any warranties?

Thanks for all your help!!

Max

The Factory Speakers Buzz and Rattle.
Ford sells a push to start that wont void the warranty.
The one you link to is questionable.

Are there any speakers that are of equal or better quality that I can install in place of the factory ones in the doors?

You could get aftermarket speakers. From what I hear that is a lot better than swapping in a shaker 1000, but I don't know, my shaker 1000 is amazing.

My stock speakers took alot of abuse and sounded great, granted I had the basic 4 speaker set-up as well. I almost regret taking them out because the Infinitis I have on the rear deck rattle . If you're gonna switch them out might as well ugrade them.

www.crutchfield.com
to see what models fit,
then buy where you feel
most comfortable purchasing
speakers from.

From your guys' opinions what speakers would you go with?? (I'm not picky with sound---but it must be at least as good of quality as factory)

I have no experience in the world of steroes, speakers, or any of that stuff!!!

This is depended on your budget.

Do you have the Shaker500?
If you do you would have the 8" door subs
with the 1" tweeter and 2" mid mounted in the 5x7"/6x8" area.

If not then you have just the 5x7"/6x8" area which you would need to find a decent pair of speakers for that location. Like I said this is budget dependent.
