Lightbulb paint GT bumper

so I am thinking about getting a rear GT bumper and was thinking about painting the lip on the bottom to match the side.

Also I have a satin silver that is stock for now and i was thinking about putting a fang chin spoiler on once I can find one to make the black lip go all the way around

any help or pics of people who have done this idea would be great

How about instead of painting the lip on a regular GT bumper, getting a GT/CS bumper that has that cool flat black lip on it from the factory.

Just a thought.

Or, better yet a GT500 rear bumper.

Here's the GT/CS bumper for comparison.

either would be more expensive than the standard GT bumper, but I think either would look better than the GT bumper with a flat black painted lip.

Oh, and BTW, the fang chin spoiler has been my favorite mod on my car so far, it really sets that front end off.

That is true, you have a point. I think that I may go with the Shelby bumper on mine when I go to dual exhaust because of how well it would flow with the fang and black side skirts.

It'd probably be a difference of $200-300 or so to go with the shelby vs the standard GT, I think, up to you whether it's worth it or not I guess.

tire31539 I was thinking about going the GT 500 bumper to and was told it would be about $600 while the GT/CS would be about $300 not to much more but still more than a standard GT bumper

yeah, it'd be more expensive, but I think it'd look good. I guess it's just what you're willing to pay.
