Side window Louvers?

I wanted SHR but it was going to be somewhere around $400 after purchase, paint, and install.

Bought the wheelskin ones painted. $175 isn't a bad price for painted louvers, especially considering that shops around me wanted $100 to paint. Put them on myself in march and haven't had a problem since.
