Default front stock lower control arm, ball jounts

I took my car in for a oil change. (dealer) They did a safty. They found the ft. LCAs have some play in the ball jounts. Dose anybody have any info. an how long they should last. My cars a DD and has 36000 miles on it. And would they be hard to change?

I just had mine replaced a couple months ago with around 51,000 on the clock at the time. Kindof a let-down because I was just looking at some mods because I had extra money and then BOOM, $300 out of my wallet.

But the car feels smoother and the steering wheel doesn't drift to the left anymore.
