Default Rough idle after replacing alternator?

Just had the alternator replace and now it fluctuates between 500-600 RPM.

I tuned it for 91 Octane as soon as I got it back since I needed to fill up.

Any ideas?

Now this... Apparently when they were loading the car up on to the flatbed, the tail pipe couldn't clear the ground and when it dragged on the ground it BENT the exhaust SOMEWHERE, because I have a metal on metal rattle back in that area after the car heats up and the metal expands.

What next????

Great question huh? 36,600 and completely shut down at highway speeds. First stereo (nothing extravagant at all), then gauges, then as I pulled over headlights and every thing else.

Took a jump, pulled the cables off car died.

First problem I've had in almost 3 years.
