Default Just Ordered...Need help

Well, I just ordered the C&L and XCal 3 combo from bamachips with the 87 perf, 93 race, and 93 torque. Just wondering, which is better in acceleration, Race or Torque? And which should I keep it on at all times?

Also, I just ordered the GT Rear and Front Sway bars from eBay. Can anyone tell me how to install these. I searched the forums and asked a few questions but I'm more of a visual kind of person. Or just straight forward would do too...Step by step or something. I want to be fully prepared at all times.

Thanks for the help!

You're gonna LOVE the Race and I guarantee you'll never use another tune EVER! LOL It has the best Acceleration of them all.

As for the sway bar installation I went off of these...

Pretty straight forward...I haven't done the front yet so let me know how that one goes

Hope this helps...

i did the sway bar install and they are both pretty straight foward. The front was a little more tricky for me because have to remove old one, I didn't even look at any manual just simple remove and replace though.

For the rear if you don't have the pony package you will need some bolts. I got some grade 8's at the local farm store and away I went. It only took about 15 minutes to put on.

yes, you will need bolts (and brackets for the rear which you will have to purchase from ford parts dealer). i picked my bolts up at the hardware store. i found out what ford uses and matched what i found at the store. poly bushings is a good upgrade to your sways. 157 recommended them and i went ahead and did it also. mossmuscle.com has em. they are well priced also. do a search... i posted the specifics on the bolts and sizes awhile back. i don't remember off the top of head but i'm pretty sure you want grade 8 bolts.

P.S... great choice on your tunes. best variety. i mostly use race, lots of fun. for road trips or travel, i use torq. i've recorded my best mpg's using the torq. 87 perf is hardly ever used but i like having it for whatever reason.
