I have a 2005 and my e-brake froze to my caliper last winter....do you have your car outside or in a garage? There is a TSB out on this for the 2005.

(rant on)
My e-brake froze up this winter too. But my stealership wouldn't do anything about it because the TSB only covers '05-'06 and mine is an '07. They said I had to leave my car with them until they could reproduce the problem and I can't because it's my DD. I have to go to work to pay for it I can't just leave it there until they can reproduce it.

...I've gotta find another dealership, problem with that is then I'd have to travel to get there.
