Can't wait to see pics and more importantly hear it. I have been wondering how headers will affect the sound.

nice man looks and sounds good. did you have any issues with the cutout? Ive read some articles on it. Seems like a simple process but i wondered about the paint etc, how it would look as far as show quality look?

it sounds good man- aggressive note. what kind of tool did you use to cut out the bumper? i want duals also and i want to cut my bumper too but im concerned with cutting it and then with vibration compromising the integrity of the bumper.

No issues with the cut out. I used a dremmel to cut. I measued 4 times before I started then I cut about 1/4" inside the actual size so in case I was off some I had some play room. I then mounted the muffler and saw I was good to go then finished the cut. The final portion I used a rotary sander on the dremmel to make it nice an smooth. The hard part of the whole install is the headers! I though maybe a 2-3 hour job, Yea right! I started and 10:00 AM on the header and didn't get done with them until about 3:00. The rest only took about an hour.
