To cut or not to cut??
When my Ford racing dual exhaust comes, should I just cut the driver side for the exhaust or get a GT bumper? Im not worried about cutting, but will it still look good? I guess Im trying to justify buying a GT rear to put on. Will it make that big of a difference or can you still see the exhaust with the cut on the V6

the ford racing kit comes with black metal pieces that fit around the openings. heres a finished picture of mine. http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3326/...9041bd6b_b.jpg (for some reason the left muffler is crooked? need to fix that...)

I really liked my cut V6 bumper and the only reason I replaced it was because of someone "texting" in the construction zone on the highway who managed to run into me. It was cheaper to get the GT bumper than to get a V6 and paint it. But the cut V6 bumper has a very nice old school look to it, almost like a rolled pan rear end.
But, it is getting very difficult to find GT take off bumpers now in any color and from your sig pic that color is probably more difficult.

Well I guess it depends what you are planing to do with your car and if your not going to change anything on yours. Also it goes along with the fact that you want to keep it old school looking, or want to go with the GT and go with a newer and just as classy look. I went with the GT just because that is what I wanted
