i totally agree, its not right at all. they exploit the ford name to its fullest. its unbelievable. i mean, what makes them qualified to charge 825 dollars vs a well qualified race shop that only charges 275 for the exact same job. its not right.

 

Yep, and they always over-estimate time. The service part of my local dealership said that it would take 1 and 1/2 hours per door to install the rubber strips on the inside of my windows. (before I had tinting done, I ended up going with moleskin). Their justification was that they had to take the door panels off. Took the tint shop 10mins to install moleskin and they took the panels off too... what a joke...
