Has anyone installed a Thermometer / compass assembly in the maplight housing of an 05-09 mustang. There are some cars (non-Mustang) that have this info displayed in the rearview mirror. Has anyone attempted to install this type? What parts and how much $$ are we talking. If it's terribly expensive or extensive, it may be better for me to roll down the window and stick my arm out for temp and look to see where the sun is to see which direction I'm headed. I know I need a temperature sensor also. Any help is appreciated.

Good question. I know my g/f has been researching it for her '06 V6 and I'd be interested for my GT. I'll ask her to post some info here.

Search thermo/compass mirrors onh eBay.
The wiring is already there....
Or get an Electrochromatic mirror from the stealership and
stay away from the aftermarket, resale value diminishing
add-ons....
