If you don't catch the mod bug very bad and keep your driving record clean. At age 25 the insurance goes down quite a bit. By then you can have the money saved up plus your trade it. Seven years and your in a GT500.

25 is a long ways away hah. I got one speeding ticket within the first month but haven't gone over 75mph since Can't afford those tickets. But Im optimistic by then that the money will be rolling in.

Carefull, don't wanna preach, I'm not perfect. But there are a lot of younger people that come one here and tell us about smashing up their new mustang. A lot of younger people aren't used to the rear wheel drive + road conditions or hp.

You have 7+ years to save up a nice chunk of $$ to put towards a gt or gt500. You are 18 and have done a good job so far. You can do it. But stay away from the tickets, they hurt.

Hey man Love the mods it looks great. BTW I didnt see if anyone had posted about you saying you were wanting to finish off your stripes? I found a great place called baltimorestreetmods, think i spelled it right...
If you look thru there site they do have a place where you can buy just the sections you need or replacement sections if your vinyl gets messed up. They have tons of colors and they are prefit to your model & year package car, I'm not sure if they have your match, you will have to ask. But its where I got my stripes and I absolutely love them. Good luck and keep up the good work man

PS. I would have them professionally installed that way you have somone to blame if they arent lined up right... hehehe

www.decalshoppe.com will also sell partials. I just put a stock Mustang hood on my wife's car and bought some additional striping material to finish the scoop off. But that's where I got the original stripes so I knew they'd match. Make sure whatever stripes you buy match the existing color. And just FYI; I striped our silver car entirely. The bumpers were the hardest part.
