400$ o man that is pretty expensive for me. I am broke right now. i need to get rims before i get the louvers. I would have got the pre painted option if i knew then what i know now.

that's true, but if I remember correctly they paint the entire piece, not just the cups, which doesn't look right to most people. I'd send them an e-mail before ordering to double check

but see if i was to reorder them i would rather the cups being painted to. i dont like the cutouts. maybe its because i had a bad experience with the the cutouts.

I think you're right, everything is painted.
The whole thing painted doesn't look right IMO.
It interfere with the trim line, and it's even worse on a light car.
