Does a K&N Drop In filter make any difference

i put a green high performance filter in mine. it really helped throttle response. they flow alot more than a k&n

"little difference" would be the key. I dropped in a K&N, and I didn't notice a huge difference. Really, I don't think you would. But it did seem to sound a little "cleaner", if that made any sense...

I ran mpg test and the K & N got an extra 3 mpg at 80 mph so it does make a defferance in the amount of gas you use.

No huge difference, but a little better on gas mileage. Probably 1-2 MPG gain.
