I think that I am finally getting closer to buying my Mustang. But I was just wondering if some of you could help me out on some insurance questions. Ill let you know some info on me and on the car. Im a 18 year old male, turning 19 in March. I have had no accidents. The car is an 05 v6 Screaming Yellow Mustang with 60K miles.

How much would insurance cost?

If you could get it with your parents, it would be a lot cheaper than you trying to get it on your own. Of course, you would pay your parents your portion.

That is what I intend to do...to pay with my parents...how much do you beleive it will cost?

Each insurance company has different rates. Best thing to do is contact your parents insurance agent and see what they say. From there you could get quotes from other companies.

$600 every 6 months is bout right round here.
But it depends on the deductable and the amount of
insurance desired.
Location makes a difference also.

Mine is $390-ish every six months for full coverage on my own, age 25, no accidents. It really varies from state to state and company to company. I'm with the same insurance co. my mom has. They treat us pretty well.

I would do exactly this. Also be sure to ask if they offer any kind of discount (safe driver, student, etc.) Those can help cut down the cost.

i'm 24 have 1 accident, 8 points for speeding and i got full coverage. I pay bout 70 a month for the stang.
