You have to make one. Most people just get a CAI and put a hole into the heat shield and pipe the shaker into that.

Just wondering but why would you wanna get rid of your shaker? I think those things look sick!

He doesn't, he wants to keep the shaker, but run a CAI with it also.

I have the FRPP CAI with the shaker (I bought the kit without the tune and got the tune from Bamachips). I used the original intake tube and modified it run from the shaker to the backside of the FRPP filter "shield". The tube diametrer matched perfectly at the shaker outlet and I modified the tube by cutting it just past one of the circumferantial "ribs" and used a hole saw just smaller than the "rib" to cut a hole in the shield and the tube "snaps" into the hole (wording?). The tube has the same look as the FRPP tube, so everything ties together very well. I think the FRPP CAI looks great. If your interested, I will try to take pics and post them tonight.

Taco Bill did an excellent write-up on installing a Shaker and modifying it to attach to the stock airbox. You should be able to pull something from it:

I already had my CAI (K&N) when I added the Shaker. It just took a little bit of fabrication to hook it all up. It depends on what CAI you get as to how your fabrication will look. Originally I cut a hole in the K&N box but later just fabricated a whole new air box. I know of several guys who have a JLT CAI and the modofocation is pretty similar.
