Default Is this a good deal on a GT Front Bumper

Alright I found a guy who has a color matching (Perf. White) GT front bumper that came off a salvaged GT, the only problems with the bumper is that it has a couple very minor scratches that can be covered up with my touchup paint. He said he'll sell me the whole setup, grill, fogs, bumper, and shipping for $350. I did not try bargaining with him yet, but I suspect I *may* be able to get him down a few bucks, but would you guys say that this is a good deal for a "complete" setup considering it does have a couple small flaws...
ALSO
My V6 bumper isn't in the best shape, but still in fair condition (my moms trailor hitch + my bumper are no match, she left a small dent in it, not noticeable though), can I sell that to a junkyard or something - if so what can i expect to get for it?

try to get him to as low as possible, thats not a bad deal for the whole thing. but keep in mind that youll need the bumper foam, and splash guards for the install. i might be missing a few small pieces.

Yea that seems a bit high to me as well. Try haggling with him, get him into the 200s if you can.

Alright here's the deal - I had my facts wrong... I guess it's never been on a car before - perhaps it got scratched laying around? Idk. Here's some pics of it, remember he's including grill/fogs with it too...

So do you think I should offer him $290 WITH shipping included for the whole thing or what?

Also what will I need to make the fogs functional since I dont have the pony package?

see if he bites at 250, shipping is like $100 for those things sometimes so you have to keep that in mind.
but the price is good seeing that new takeoff charges $250 for the same thing plus shipping i think
