Default Pulled the trigger yesterday

Yesterday I ordered an 8.8" rear end w/ 3.73 gears and Tlok from NTO.
I also ordered the GT rear springs and shocks. They said I'll see them tuesday or wednesday.

Now I can look at it sitting in my garage until I take the stang out of storage. Is spring almost here!?!?

Sweet man! Congrats! I am thinking about purchasing an 8.8" rear end w/ 3.73 gears and Tlok from NTO later this year too. That's really, really fast shipping too. Nice.

fyi, you already have rear springs that are the same as on a GT. The rear shocks are a little different.

But good choice on the 8.8!!!

Really? Somebody on here told me that they were both different, I have been having a hard time finding part numbers to compare them. If anybody knows the part numbers for the rear coil spring and shocks for the v6 coupe and gt coupe, throw them out I would like to see them.

Thanks tx stang

Id like for someone to clear this up also. I know guy that just removed his GT suspension and is willing to sell me the springs and shocks. Are there any differences?

What you want are a set of lowering springs (eibach sport or pro is the most popular choice around here)... the GT springs are the same as V6 (NTO salesman should have told you that!).

I have the GT rear with 3.73 from NTO in my DD V6... it's GREAT!

Thanks for the info, I agree they should have told me that.
And although I like the look of the mustangs lowered, its not for me. I have a hard time getting into it now.
