I was planning on getting one of the bama/american muscle cai and tunes with the torque tune and was wondering if their would be any noticeable difference between the 87 octane tune and the 89 other than the price at the pump.

I have bama tunes and can see a difference between 87 and 91. I don't have a 89 tune though.

I asked the same thing about my Brenspeed tunes and a couple of people responded that there was not a big difference between 87 & 89.

I ordered the 3 custom tunes (87,89,93) and plan on checking them all out.

I was amazed with the 87 tune!! It feels like I have turbo kicking in around 2,000 - 2,500RPM. It was the best investment for the money!!!

Good luck!
